Sunny Today; Unsettled Weekend

High pressure will build into the area today and provide for a sunny day with high temperatures in the low 80s.

The high will be replaced tomorrow as an area of low pressure and a cold front move towards the area. Ahead of the front, showers will be possible late tomorrow afternoon and into Sunday morning.

Showers will likely re-develop Sunday afternoon as a piece of energy swings through the area. It will also be much colder, with highs in the low to mid 50s.

High pressure will build back in late Sunday, bringing an end to the showers by Sunday night. Lows Sunday night will drop into the low to mid 40s.

Monday and Tuesday will be mostly sunny with highs in the mid 60s with overnight lows in the 40s, possibly dropping into the 30s in the mountains.

Another cold front will approach midweek.
