Unsettled Weather Through the Weekend

Current Surface Map
A cold front will continue to move towards the area today, spawning scattered showers and possibly a thunderstorm this afternoon and evening.

Highs today will be in the low 80s.

The cold front pushes through tonight and will likely stall out just south of the area. A weak area of low pressure will develop along the front and this will provide a focus for more showers tonight and tomorrow.

Highs tomorrow will be in the mid 70s.

The front will remain stalled to our south through the weekend. Several upper level disturbances will ride along the front bringing rounds of showers and thunderstorms Friday and through the weekend.

A stronger area of low pressure may develop on Sunday and finally dislodge the front as we move into the new work week.
