Cold Front Pushes South Today

Current Surface Map
A cold front currently draped across Pennsylvania will slowly push southward today. As the front makes slow progress crossing through the state, expect another round of showers and possibly a thunderstorm this afternoon and evening. Highs today will be around 80 degrees.

Showers are expected to continue overnight and into tomorrow. The cold front will push south of the state tomorrow afternoon and as it does so, thunderstorms will again be possible. Highs tomorrow will be in the mid to upper 70s.

The front should push far enough south tomorrow night and Saturday to allow for a mostly dry period late Friday night into Saturday evening. Shower chances increase again Saturday night and Sunday as another system and cold front approach from the west and pushes through late Sunday. Highs this weekend will be around 70 degrees.

High pressure will build back in to start the work week. Another storm system may bring rainfall Tuesday into Wednesday.
