An area of low pressure will bring scattered showers today through Friday. An upper level trough could touch off a few showers on Saturday before high pressure builds in.

TODAY: An area of low pressure will continue to spread moisture into the area today, with showers and isolated thunderstorms becoming more numerous this afternoon and tonight. Highs will be in the upper 60s to near 70°.

FRIDAY: The low will be pulling away from the area, taking the showers with it. Scattered showers will be likely during the morning, tapering off through the day. Highs will be in the low 60s.

SATURDAY: An upper level trough will cross the area, bringing clouds and perhaps an afternoon shower. Rain chances are minimal, and anything that falls will be short-lived and light. Highs will be near 70°.

SUNDAY: High pressure builds in, setting up a stretch of sunny and warm weather into next week. Highs will be in the mid 70s.

OUTLOOK: The week starts off sunny and warm, with highs on Monday and Tuesday in the low 80s. A cold front will likely impact the area Wednesday and Thursday.
