A stalled out front remains to our south. The front will move back northward tonight as a warm front. Another cold front will move in on Friday, stalling out into the weekend. The remnants of Tropical Storm Bill will push through Saturday night into Sunday.

TODAY: A slightly cooler and drier airmass has settled into the area today bringing mostly sunny skies and highs in the low to mid 80s. The stalled out front to our south will move back north tonight, touching off scattered showers and thunderstorms.

THURSDAY: Showers will be ongoing during the morning, followed by another round of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will be in the mid to upper 80s.

FRIDAY: Some left over showers will be possible during the early morning hours but it will become partly sunny as we head into the afternoon. With the cold front stalling out in the area, an isolated afternoon shower or thunderstorm cannot be ruled out during the afternoon and evening. Highs will be in the upper 80s.

SATURDAY: The front will remain in the area as southerly flow increases ahead of the remnants of Tropical Storm Bill. This will enhance shower and thunderstorm chances during the afternoon and evening. It will be warm and humid, with highs in the low to mid 80s.

The remnants of Bill will begin to push into the area Saturday night, bringing increased rainfall chances.

SUNDAY: The remnants of Bill will continue to move through, keeping showers and thunderstorms in the forecast. Highs will be in the upper 80s.
