Easterly flow continues to push marine air into the area this morning. Meanwhile, high pressure is moving in from the west.

The high will shift the flow to the north during the late morning and into the afternoon. This will help to dry out the airmass and will result in a mix of clouds and sun this afternoon. Highs will be in the low 70s.

The high will continue to build into the region tomorrow. Expect mostly sunny skies and highs in the upper 70s to low 80s.

Sunday will feature more sunshine, with highs in the mid 70s.

The high will shift off the coast Sunday causing an increase in humidity and warming trend next week. Monday will will be mostly sunny with highs in the low 80s.

Tuesday will see highs in the upper 80s and a chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms.

Showers and thunderstorms will be possible again on Wednesday as a cold front approaches from the west. Highs will be in the upper 80s to around 90.

Storm chances may linger into Thursday, depending on the timing of the frontal passage.
